About the Role: As a Risk Management Specialist, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our risk assessment solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting proactive analysis of accounts to identify areas for improvement and optimizing the risk assessment to more accurately detect high-risk transactions.
- Providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews and developing action plans to improve their maturity on our solutions.
- Supporting business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights relating to the customer's deployment.
- Conducting routine fraud review verification and ensuring corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Improving fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate.
- Utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools to support our customers' needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc., and various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Interest in working together with varied areas within the company and customers.
- Show ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English; other languages ideal.
- Have a highly proactive nature and be well organized and able to prioritize time.
