Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze accounts to identify improvements, optimize the risk assessment to detect high-risk transactions, and provide thought leadership to customers during business reviews.
We are looking for individuals with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, a good consulting mindset, and an interest in bringing value to our customers.
Responsibilities- Support business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved.
- Perform targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks.
- Develop an action plan for key customers which improves their maturity on the solution and provides business support through fraud analysis and research.
- Conduct routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate and utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc., and various data types and formats.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English; other languages are ideal.
