About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive Analysis: Conduct proactive analysis of accounts to identify improvements and optimize the risk assessment to more accurately detect high-risk transactions.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership to customers during business reviews, leveraging real-time digital identity intelligence to analyze millions of transactions per month.
- Rule Adjustments: Perform targeted rule adjustments to help customers address emerging risks and improve their maturity on the solution.
- Fraud Analysis: Conduct routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Performance Optimization: Improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate, utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc. and various data types and formats, including XML, flat files, and delimited files.
- Data Analysis: Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work with varied areas within the company and customers.
- Proactive Nature: Show a highly proactive nature, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
