About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Programme Management to join our team at Opus Recruitment Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of programmes across various business units, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver programmes
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programme alignment with business goals
  • Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering successful programmes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and strategy
