Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Co-ordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Strategic Communications and Engagement (SC&E) Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial services to the Senior Programme lead and Programme lead, including diary management, meeting arrangements, and prioritization of work.
- Manage complex administration for the team, ensuring planned activities are completed by the intended deadline.
- Support the Governance and Business Manager and Governance and Business Coordinator with cover and support as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior delivery partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience of diary management, secretarial support, event coordination, and wider team administration service support.
- Highly professional approach and ability to work flexibly.
