About the Role

The Institution of Structural Engineers is seeking a highly organized and confident individual to join our team as a Membership Qualifications Executive. As a key member of our Membership and Education Directorate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Application and Professional Review Panel (A&PR Panel) and processing various applications, including Technician, Fellow, and Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as secretary to the A&PR Panel and process applications in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Produce statistical reports for the A&PR Panel and Membership Committee.
  • Collaborate with teams within the Membership and Education Directorate to achieve shared goals.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate data and ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of assessment procedures for professional membership bodies and understanding of academic qualifications in Further Education/Higher Education sectors.
  • Experience using CRM systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Administrative and secretariat support experience in the professional membership sector is advantageous.
