Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Neonatal Charge Nurse to join our supportive Neonatal Team, comprised of skilled Nurses committed to delivering exceptional care for our infants and their families.

This is a permanent role designed for an experienced Band 6 Charge Nurse to oversee the Neonatal unit's operations.

  • Collaborate closely with the ward manager and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Promote evidence-based practices in alignment with national guidelines to enhance care for vulnerable infants and their families. Adapt flexibly to meet service needs.
