ERP Demand Generation Manager

We're seeking a talented Demand Generation Manager to join our ERP Core team, who shares our passion for delivering exceptional business solutions and driving growth.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive demand and sales pipeline for our ERP Suite proposition. You'll work closely with our sales, account management, and sales development teams to define customer needs and desired business outcomes, and collaborate with our content, digital, product, and product marketing teams to create high-quality, multi-channel marketing programs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a KPI-driven demand generation strategy, leveraging marketing tools, content, and engagement
- Managing inbound and outbound demand generation channels, including ABM, digital advertising, email, SEO, webinars, events, and social media
- Collaborating with sales teams to define customer needs and desired business outcomes
- Continuously optimising marketing programs, evaluating B2B strategies, and improving sales velocity through customer-focused, personalised content and ABM tactics
We're looking for a highly data-driven individual with expertise in demand generation, ABM, and collaboration with sales teams, particularly in the B2B software space. Proficiency in marketing technology (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and ABM tools (DemandBase) is essential. Proven success in executing multi-channel demand generation programs, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, and events, is also required.
