HR Operations Partner

Churchill Services is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to join our HR team in Sheffield, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our operational management team, you will provide support to our designated business unit, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Operational Managers, providing proactive support and guidance on HR matters.
  • Build strong business relationships with internal clients, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Offer comprehensive advice on Employee Relations, including legislation, policies, and processes.
  • Support Operational Managers in addressing skills gaps, enabling mentoring opportunities and driving performance improvement.
  • Implement succession plans to promote positive changes within the business unit.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the private sector with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Generalist and/or operational HR experience in a fast-paced, commercial organization.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Ability to travel to regional sites when required.
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum or working towards.
