About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support to join our team at Vero HR Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing senior-level support to our Customer Operations Manager, assisting with ad-hoc tasks, and acting as a senior escalation point as needed.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level support to the Customer Operations Manager, assisting with ad-hoc tasks and acting as a senior escalation point as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with other areas of the business to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, providing high-level service and support.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in military support or a related industry.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused and deadline-driven environment.
  • A logical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics or an alternative CRM system.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and formulas.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Previous experience deputizing for a senior manager would be highly desirable.
