About the Opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for a leading supplier and manufacturer of marine safety products, working closely with Vero HR to find the best talent for our client.

Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team based in the UK.

As the Senior Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing senior-level support to the Customer Operations Manager, assisting with ad-hoc tasks and acting as a senior escalation point as needed.

A key focus of this role will be providing a high level of service to internal customers and working cross-functionally with other areas of the business to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in military support or a related industry would be beneficial to this role.
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused and deadline-driven environment.
  • A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
