Conference Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Conference Operations Manager to join our team at Gartner. As a key member of our conference operations team, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of our global conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of conference logistics, including venue management, catering, and audiovisual services.
- Manage conference budgets, forecasts, and expense reports to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless conference execution, including conference content, creative, and marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with Gartner's policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in event management, conference planning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex events and conferences.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
