Conference Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Conference Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our conference operations team, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of our global conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the logistics and operations of our conferences, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality attendee experiences.
- Develop and manage conference budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful conference execution.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and agency partners.
- Travel extensively to support conference operations and client meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in event management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and experiences.
- Strong financial management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
