Conference Registration Manager

About this role:
The Conference Registration Manager is responsible for leading the Conference Registration team to drive revenue growth and attendance at global conferences. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and operations, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Conference Registration professionals to achieve revenue growth and attendance targets.
- Develop and implement sales and operations strategies to drive revenue growth and improve conference attendance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless conference execution and delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and conference partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in a conference or event management setting.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving conference attendance.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales and revenue data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
