Your Role

Are you an experienced regional marketing manager with a track record of developing and executing effective strategies in your region? Do you have innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction? If you are passionate about fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, consider joining Darktrace as a Senior Marketing Manager for Regional Marketing in UKI.

This role involves working two days a week from our London office and may require up to 30% travel.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Strategically develop and manage your own marketing plans, aligning UKI go-to-market strategies with global objectives to achieve quarterly results across different segments.
  • Innovate ways to boost customer engagement for both new and existing clients, driving meetings and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Create and implement a blend of virtual and in-person events that promote the brand, enhance customer awareness of AI and cybersecurity innovations, and increase engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain a regional events calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute industry trade shows, conferences, and Darktrace-led events to engage with prospects and customers effectively.
  • Implement regional channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives that align with the global strategy.
  • Build collaborative relationships with go-to-market leaders and stakeholders to share insights, establish market priorities, and communicate quarterly plans and performance metrics.
  • Oversee operational systems, processes, and budgets within the EMEA team to ensure accuracy in programs and data.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive marketing experience, particularly in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets, along with tangible regional marketing experience collaborating with field sales, channel partners, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Expertise in project, program, and event management, showcasing strong operational and organizational skills.
  • A proven ability to drive operational excellence and manage fiscal responsibilities.
  • Experience in measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to enhance business outcomes.
