Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Keyholder to create a memorable brand experience for our customers. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by offering exceptional service, reflecting the brand values, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales: Achieve commercial objectives by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Shop Operations: Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a well-organized store, manage inventory, and ensure efficient cash handling and reporting.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
