Job Summary:

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, using outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate a high-performing team, driving sales growth and achieving customer service targets.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to identify opportunities for business growth, develop and implement strategies to drive sales, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing procedures, is highly desirable. Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is also desirable.
  • Skills: A passion for people, our company, and our products; an approachable and friendly personality; confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs; and flexible availability across days and hours.
  • Education: Proof of right to live and work in the country.
