Job Summary

We are seeking a Key Holder to join our team at one of our stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Ensure that all sales and customer service targets are met
  • Lead by example and provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
  • Open and close the store on a rota basis

Requirements

  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
