Join Our Team as a Key Holder at Estée Lauder Companies

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to our customers
  • Lead by example and use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate the team
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
