Position Overview

The role of the Regional Sales Manager for Fire & Security Solutions is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of our clients. Marlowe Fire & Security stands as a leader in the industry, providing comprehensive services from design and installation to maintenance and monitoring of fire and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a professional representative of the Marlowe brand while effectively selling security products within a designated area.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, focusing on retention and growth.
  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities across all Marlowe products.
  • Conduct client meetings to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Gather and present performance data, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through a balanced approach to new and existing business.
  • Perform fire and security audits at client locations and provide actionable recommendations.
