About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Hawksworth, working on a global roll-out of our finance platform using SAP S/4HANA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management, with a focus on financial services and insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the finance platform, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in programme management, with a focus on financial services and insurance.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
