Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate labour requirements and negotiate pricing for work
- Review site minutes for dates and changes to work required
- Arrange access times, access equipment, and permits (if required)
- Purchase equipment and arrange delivery with the warehouse
- Issue Health & Safety documentation to contractors and customers
- Keep customers, shopfitters, and account managers up to date with progress and troubleshoot problems on site
- Raise purchase orders for subcontract labour, facilitate work sheets, and job completion ready for billing
- Update the call history using the in-house Optim/IR system and Verisae
- Facilitate customers' computer systems, keeping records up to date and providing assistance to other team members on troubleshooting operating problems
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and a pleasant customer-focused attitude
- A working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge
- Good organisational skills
- Good computer skills
- Good problem-solving skills
