The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Ealing. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in supporting service users on their journey of treatment and recovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist service users in developing personalized recovery plans, including screening, assessment, and onward referrals for further support.
  • Collaborate with service users to facilitate social (re)integration, promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
  • Design and deliver custom workshops addressing topics such as anger management, sleep disorders, relationships, and more.
  • Work closely with a diverse range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for service users.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in substance misuse or a related field, with a strong understanding of recovery principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficient IT skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of professionals and stakeholders.
