Job Title: Administration and Data Controller

At Eden Motor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration and Data Controller to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring seamless data flow, and providing exceptional administrative support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, sales data, and financial records.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between departments, including sales, finance, and customer service.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and coordinating sales events.
  • Develop and implement effective data management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administration and data management, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
