About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Automated Building and Energy Controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate sales department activities, including allocating work and liaising with sales staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in a Sales Support function, with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
