Job Title: Sales Controller

Job Summary:

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Sales Controller to join their client, a well-established dealership in the area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through effective sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with colleagues and other teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct accurate appraisals of vehicles offered for part exchange and negotiate prices with customers and Sales Managers.
  • Ensure seamless handovers of sold vehicles to customers, providing comprehensive briefings on vehicle operation and features.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor pricing, and market trends to make informed sales decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation.
  • Ensure the showroom environment and external displays meet high standards.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Competency in IT systems.
  • Knowledge of the used car marketplace.
