Part Time Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at Keith Winter House Rehabilitation Services in Worcester. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health difficulties.
About the Role- Deliver a high-quality clinical service to patients and their families, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Act as a named nurse to a group of patients, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Contribute to the assessment of care needs and the development of relevant plans, working in partnership with patients and their families to achieve agreed goals.
- Provide nursing interventions to support patients in meeting their agreed goals, coordinating and participating in the review of progress towards those goals.
- A competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to 33 days with long service.

- Registered on the NMC register as a Registered General Nurse.
- Experience of working in a rehabilitation setting, with a focus on mental health and learning disability care.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programmes of care, working in partnership with patients and their families.
- Ability to challenge poor behaviour and promote a positive and respectful work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Experience of formulating assessments, planning, coordinating, and supporting people within a hospital setting.
