We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Keith Winter House, a Rehabilitation Ward in Worcester. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a high-quality clinical service to patients and their families, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Act as a named nurse to a group of patients, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff and contributing to the development of a positive and supportive team culture.
- Assess the care needs of patients and contribute to the formulation of their care plans, working in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide nursing interventions to support patients in achieving their agreed goals, working in partnership with patients and their families to promote recovery and independence.
