We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our community hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to our ward for rehabilitation, promoting their comfort, wellbeing, and independence.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess, plan, and implement patient-focused nursing care, adhering to Trust standards and the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Document care given and maintain contemporaneous records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in research and audit initiatives to enhance care delivery and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
