About the Role- Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients and their families.
- Act as a named nurse to a group of patients, working under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator.
- Assess and develop individualized care plans that promote recovery and independence.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and implement care interventions.
- A competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
