We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Keith Winter House Rehabilitation Services in Worcester. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients with mental health difficulties.
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and independence. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional patient care will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Keith Winter House is a Rehabilitation Ward that provides 24-hour care and support to working-age adults with severe and enduring mental health problems. We are committed to delivering person-centered care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients and their families.
- Act as a named nurse to a group of patients, working under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator.
- Assess and develop individualized care plans that promote recovery and independence.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and implement care interventions.
- A competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
