Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans in accordance with Trust standards and NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in research and audit initiatives to improve care delivery and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records in accordance with Trust policies and NMC guidelines.
- Assist in the implementation of health promotion strategies and participate in education and training programs to enhance professional development.
- RGN/RMN/RNLD qualification and NMC registration.
- Experience in an inpatient setting, with a strong understanding of evidence-based nursing and multidisciplinary working.
- Ability to teach and mentor student nurses, patients, carers, and members of the multidisciplinary team.
