ROLE OVERVIEW

Northumbria Sport is seeking to hire two part-time Athletic Facility Coordinators who will oversee the daily management of the facility and engage in various customer-oriented roles at Coach Lane Sports Ground. This venue hosts both internal and external events and is situated at Coach Lane East Campus. The Athletic Facility Coordinator is accountable for the everyday operations of sports amenities, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and exceptional experience for all patrons. This position is a prominent customer-facing role, necessitating direct interaction with clients and the execution of operational tasks as needed. The Coordinator should possess a solid understanding of Northumbria Sport's scheduled activities. The roles are part-time, totaling 14.8 hours per week.

TEAM STRUCTURE

Reporting directly to the Duty Manager, this role will be part of Northumbria Sport, a vital department within Campus Services. Northumbria Sport is dedicated to providing an outstanding student experience through a variety of sports, fitness, and wellness programs.

The position will be located at Coach Lane Sports Ground.
