Social Media Community Manager

Ruby Magpie is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Community Executive to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media plans that drive engagement and growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with assigned clients, serving as a brand advocate within the agency.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and delivering strategic social media plans aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to create engaging, relevant content that aligns with the client's brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Team Management: Oversee a team of social media executives, content managers, and community managers, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Produce detailed reports on social media performance, offering clients insights and recommendations.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about new social media trends, platforms, and technologies, integrating them into client strategies where relevant.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrate a proven history of success in social media management, ideally within an agency setting.
- Communication Skills: Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Industry Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Be honest, diligent, creative, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.
