Job Description

The Huntsman Group is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a critical role in the delivery of technical projects and the management of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to develop and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our business.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to our IT teams, including the Service Desk, to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Change Management: Embrace change and work with our IT teams to implement new technologies and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to our business.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our IT systems, including configuration and test plans.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Proactively contribute to knowledge transfer to our IT teams, ensuring that best practices and lessons learned are shared across the organization.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of VMware management and maintenance, Microsoft Server technologies, and networking knowledge from a troubleshooting and routing perspective.
  • Infrastructure Experience: A good level of experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including disaster recovery and high availability technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A strong analytical focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Desirable Skills
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
  • Security: A good understanding of security principles and practices, including data protection and information security.
  • Collaboration Tools: Experience with collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
