Vertex IT Solutions Ltd is currently working with an international customer, assisting them in sourcing an experienced Infrastructure Systems Specialist to join the team. The IT Infrastructure team is primarily tasked with the administration of the network, security, server, storage, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cloud experience essential, MS Azure and Hyper-V
  2. Windows Server OS up to 2016
  3. Exposure to Linux distributions desirable
  4. MS Exchange and Office365
  5. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS
  6. Powershell Scripting
  7. Networking (Switches, Routing, VLANs, Firewalls etc)

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This will include ensuring the security and integrity of the network, as well as providing technical support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
