Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to lead our Azure project and future-proof our infrastructure environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting our infrastructure, as well as implementing and testing new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the build, maintenance, and support of our infrastructure environment
  • Implement and test new solutions to improve our infrastructure
  • Point of escalation for technical issues and incident response
  • Lead the development of our Azure roadmap and make cost-effective decisions on emerging technologies
  • Deliver work in line with SLAs and project timelines, ensuring IT Service levels are upheld
  • Work with 3rd parties and various stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Delegate tasks amongst the team and manage change and problem management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Cloud-focused role, with experience in both project and BAU-focused roles
  • Experience implementing, deploying, and managing Microsoft Cloud platforms, including AD, DNS, Intune, and Office 365
  • Knowledge of firewalls, gateways, and virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, etc.)
  • Demonstratable understanding of Cloud environments and architecture
