About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Engineer to join our team in a Hybrid role, based in Liverpool or Welwyn Garden City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing and securing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize and secure cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency
  • Leverage expertise in Microsoft Azure to enhance system robustness and implement best practices in security
  • Manage resources proactively and ensure seamless integration of new technologies
  • Support DevOps practices to enhance deployment pipelines and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Monitor system health, conduct performance tuning, and support business continuity planning
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, performance enhancements, and infrastructure optimizations
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services by developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, improvements, best practices, and performance metrics
  • Provide guidance and training to other team members and departments on Azure best practices and optimizations
  • Oversee the management of certificates and secrets within the Azure environment
