Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for growing sales in the Midlands and North West regions.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be accountable for growing sales in their region by developing new prospects and growing existing client sales. The required split between new and existing client visits will be 70/30. They will be responsible for calling on existing but mainly potential clients to explain the Trescal footprint & solutions and the advantages of using us as a Single Source Provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow sales in the region
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide sales support and guidance to the sales team

Requirements
- Demonstrate proven experience and success in both Sales development and the development of new clients
- Knowledge of the calibration market is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with verbal, written persuasion and presentation skills, and detail orientated
