About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support to our financial planners and office managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business and ensure all documentation is compliant
  • Communicate with clients and providers to resolve queries and issues
  • Assist with research and basic reports to support business growth
  • Update relevant back-office information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary up to £28k depending on experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement after probation
  • Flexitime with core hours of 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm
  • Death in service benefit at 4x annual salary
  • Health and wellbeing plan
  • Paid overtime at time and a half
  • Pension contribution of 5%
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising by 1 day per year up to 30 days
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year's experience as a Financial Administrator and excellent communication and organizational skills.
