Business Development Specialist

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales leads, and building relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads to drive revenue growth.
- Offer clear guidance on shift terms to candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and build relationships to promote our brand and services.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to understand and communicate our business offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Meet or exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to the Branch Manager.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations, and legislation, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Follow company management systems, payroll, and recruitment procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety legislation, upholding our company values.
- Flexibly assist neighboring branches when needed and complete required training, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- A full UK driving license is essential for travel to client sites.
- A passion for business development and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Some travel will be required, with occasional overnight stays.
