About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Design and Development Practitioner to join the NHS Business Services Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with OD&D and HR Business Partners to support the development and application of diagnostic tools.


Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing inclusive OD&D interventions to optimise business as usual (BAU) and transformational change programmes. They will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to align strategy, culture, and processes, enabling whole system change and driving organisational effectiveness.

Person Specification


The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and will have evidence of continuous professional development. They will also have experience in understanding and application of OD&D/Learning theories, models, and practices, including developing effective teams, leadership/management development, and managing change.
