About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Retail Manager to join our team at Flannels, a leading luxury retailer in the UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of store managers to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of store managers to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings.
