Key Responsibilities- Operations: Oversee store operations, ensuring delivery of KPIs, observing performance, and holding managers accountable for underperformance.
- Controls: Ensure wage controls are met, oversee compliance with payroll processing, and drive excellent performance through detailed analysis and floor-based observations.
- Sales: Understand business and customer expectations, observe service, and coach managers on how to improve. Drive KPI targets, motivate the team, and analyze data for improvement.
- Development: Identify internal and external talent, use development opportunities, and drive exceptional performance. Plan for development, create succession plans, and encourage performance.
- Leadership and Management: Be a brand ambassador, inspire the workforce, and develop strong relationships with store teams, senior managers, and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading a large team in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury and premium retail at a senior management level.
- Vast knowledge and passion of luxury retail, including building brand relationships.
- A background that proves ability to increase sales and profits, control costs and stock loss, and manage senior managers.
- Proven track record of internal progression and development.
- Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
