Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in one of our flagship stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large team to drive sales and deliver high standards of customer service
- Assume responsibility for the commercial performance of a luxury product category
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential

Retail Human Resources plc is a global luxury retailer specializing in beauty and luxury accessories. We are committed to providing the highest levels of customer service and creating a positive work environment for our employees.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £30,500 per annum
- A performance-related annual bonus of up to £3,500 per year
- A flexible working schedule with only two weekends per month and seven days per fortnight
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in retail, preferably in a luxury environment. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team.
