About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Frasers Group Store Leader. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our flagship store in Leeds, overseeing a team of 20+ managers, and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives, and controlling costs and stock loss.
  • Controls: Ensure wage controls are met, process payroll and exceptions, and drive excellent performance through detailed analysis and floor-based observations.
  • Sales: Understand business and customer expectations, coach managers on service and product knowledge, and drive KPI targets through data analysis and team motivation.
  • Development: Identify internal and external talent, use development opportunities and performance management processes to drive exceptional performance, and create a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Leadership and Management: Inspire the workforce, act as a role model, and develop strong relationships with store teams, senior managers, brand partners, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading a large team in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury and premium retail at a senior management level.
  • Vast knowledge and passion of luxury retail, including building brand relationships.
  • A background that demonstrates ability to increase sales and profits, control costs and stock loss, and manage senior managers.
  • Proven track record of internal progression and development.
  • Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the company's needs.
