Cottons Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Group Reservations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless group bookings and fostering strong relationships with clients.

As a Group Reservations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of group reservations, from initial inquiries to final confirmation. You will collaborate closely with agents and internal teams to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle group and tour inquiries for all hotels, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Manage group bookings efficiently, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Identify and convert potential sales opportunities, maximizing revenue streams.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel offerings, amenities, rates, and cancellation policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of bookings to the hotels.
  • Monitor inquiry status and provide regular reports on booking trends.
