The Advocate Group is collaborating with a distinguished organization in the beverage and consumer goods arena, recognized for its high-quality offerings and international reach. They are in search of a proactive and skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to become a vital part of their workforce on a temporary contract, with the possibility of extension.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, delivering expert HR insights and assistance.
  • Facilitate the execution of HR initiatives that align with corporate goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, encompassing conflict resolution, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in talent management strategies, including succession planning, workforce optimization, and leadership training.
  • Lead and coordinate significant HR projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to managers on effective people management and development practices.
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Robust knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • CIPD certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
