The Advocate Group is collaborating with a distinguished organization in the beverage and consumer goods industry, celebrated for its high-quality offerings and international reach. They are in search of a proactive and skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to contribute to their team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management, delivering expert HR insights and support.
  • Facilitate the execution of HR initiatives that align with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, encompassing conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in talent management efforts, including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Lead and coordinate significant HR projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business strategies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective people management and development.
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering strong relationships across all levels.
  • Proven capacity to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
