About the Role

In this dynamic position, your primary objective is to enhance SC Johnson Professional's commercial growth and sales by establishing effective communication and strategies with key stakeholders. As a pivotal member of the team, you will have the freedom to shape and expand the role to drive optimal results for the company.

About the Team/Department

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will hold a key position that bridges various commercial functions such as sales, marketing, and category management, aligning business strategies to resonate with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, utilizing market insights to craft compelling narratives that drive business growth for SC Johnson Professional.
  • Lead the development of strategic partnerships with key customers, collaborating with Marketing and Sales managers to ensure alignment and impactful delivery.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to support the presentation of business creativity and media plans for effective customer engagement.
  • Participate in key customer meetings, offering innovative solutions to enhance relationships and foster growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to propose new business ideas and ensure their successful implementation across various channels.
  • Keep abreast of competitors' business strategies and share relevant insights with the team.
  • Lead commercial integration efforts, ensuring timely implementation of action plans and monitoring progress against set goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and customers to expand SC Johnson Professional's reach.
  • Explore innovative channels for business growth.

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management, particularly with key customers.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Category teams.
  • Deep understanding of the market landscape and its implications for business growth.
  • Prior marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
